It depends on your home and how long you plan to stay in it. We size the furnace to the house rather than swapping like for like, and we lay out both options at the assessment.
What warranty does a furnace come with?
The heat exchanger carries a 20-year manufacturer warranty. Our labor warranty is 3 years.
How quickly can a furnace be replaced?
Many replacements are completed in a single day. In one case a customer needed a furnace replaced to close a house sale, and we gave the estimate the same day and installed it the next business day.
Can you replace my furnace and add a heat pump at the same time?
Yes. Doing both at once is common, and we can also tie a new heat pump into the central system you already have.
