What is the price difference between an 80% and a 96% furnace?
$3,300 against $4,400 installed, so $1,100. The 96% unit burns less gas, which narrows that gap over the life of the system.
Does the size of my home change the furnace price?
Yes. We add $100 up to 1,000 sq ft, $200 up to 2,000 sq ft, $325 up to 3,000 sq ft, and $450 above that.
Is 220V electrical work ever needed for a furnace?
No. That line belongs to air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless systems. A furnace installation does not carry it.
Is the estimate free?

Does the price include permits?
Yes. City permits and the paperwork are pulled in your name and are part of the job, not an extra line.
